Description
The Medleys have been playing together since 2011. Since the beginning, there has always been 1 ambition…to entertain!
To experience them play live is like a wave of energy! Not only are you seeing 4 experienced and trained musicians, you are also seeing 4 good friends sharing a stage together. The chemistry between the the band enables them to entertain with ease, getting the audience involved with songs and making sure every last person is having a great night.
The band can take songs on an improvised journey, as well as switching instruments and lead vocalists. The music on the night will take you on a journey through the ages. 50’s rock ‘n’ roll, funk and soul classics, rawkus indie rock and the latest pop hits, even a bit of hip hop! And all seamlessly blended together to keep the party moving.
Their trademark 3 part vocal harmonies will leave you stunned, and the clever twists and medleys in the arrangements will keep you on your toes, transforming songs you’ve known your whole life into something new and exciting.
The guys have also spent many years working as session musicians and producers, touring all over Europe playing festivals, arenas, and doing live radio and TV work. Some of the artists the band have worked with or shared the stage with are: Sean Paul, The libertines, Charli XCX, Boy George, Jamiroquai, Lethal Bizzle, Fuse ODG, Wretch 32, and John Newman.
At some of the band’s regular London residencies, you can walk in to find yourself in the middle of a wild, sweaty, euphoric party! With the whole club on the dance floor, sometimes including the bar staff and security! And that is just the sort of thing they will bring to your event!

If you require a bigger PA system for your event then please get in contact with Richer Music to discuss your requirements.

Testimonials
A massive thank you to you and the band for the other week!! Lots of great feedback from our guests; we all thought they were just brilliant :)!! Cheers and thanks again!! Adele & Gareth
The guys were absolutely awesome – first dance, set list and crowd interaction all brilliant. Please pass on our thanks, they ensured everyone had an awesome time and the dance floor was packed. So many guests asking where we found them – I think they will be v popular in years to come. Thanks for all your help,
It occurs to us that we haven’t been in touch since our wedding on 7 July and we just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you. Your help in booking a band was really appreciated and we were so glad that we booked The Flyaways. Not only were they really friendly, but their music was incredible. They created the perfect party atmosphere and our friends were going crazy on the dance floor. Exactly what we’d hoped for and a brilliant way to end the day. Please pass on our thanks to them and we wish them all the best. Thanks again, Lisa and Doug
Awesome band! Thank you all so much for making my partner’s 40th an absolute blast. Fantastic live music, great organisation in the run up to the event, and a really varied and brilliant repertoire. Absolutely love that you learnt ‘Stacy’s Mom’ specifically for our party – made our night. Thanks again. Would highly recommend. 40th Bday Party London
Hi Chris, Thank you so much for your help in signing the Flyaways for Phoebe’s Party on Saturday, the band went down a storm. Not only did the boys play their socks off, but they were charming to have around too. I hope they enjoyed playing. Best wishes, Louise – 21st Birthday Party, London
Hi Guys, We wanted to get in touch to say a massive thank you for playing at our wedding and for providing the best set we could have hoped for. The music was incredible and each of you were friendly and really lived up to our expectations. We searched long and hard for a band that we liked and really struggled so we will be recommending you to everyone we know – we were so impressed. We loved that you blended in the music from our DJ between your sets to create a seamless transition – especially when you started playing Prince! The musical variety was really good and the quality was excellent. We felt like were at a proper gig with a really top quality band. You were great at interacting with our guests and we’ve had nothing but positive feedback from everyone in attendance. Thank you again – we will definitely be coming to see you play live the next time you’re in London to say hello and re-live a truly memorable night! Also a mention to Eddy and Chris who work with the band behind the scenes and were great to deal with in the lead up to our wedding. It certainly makes a difference to work with professional and organised people so we are very grateful. Ben and Jenny – married at Woburn Abbey Sculpture Gallery
